| Great views and love the ocean breeze |
The gold fish market sounded cool and I had seen some cool photos online, so I talked Melissa into heading over to Kowloon to check it out. As the Star Ferry's days are numbered, we decided to take it over. Still the best place to get incredible views of Hong Kong Island.
As soon as you get off the boat, you get stopped and asked every block at least once if you want a suit, 3 blocks into the walk I would tell them NO before they would even ask. I guess with my camera and sandals I scream tourist.

Kowloon is much more residential than HK Island as the real estate is much more reasonable, so there is much less to see. But, if you peek down some streets, you will see TONS of neon signs! I will be back at night!
Melissa was like a kid on a long car trip, "are we there yet, are we there yet, how much further?"
We would have barely known that we arrived, as there are only a dozen stalls with fish in plastic bags. I got some cool pictures I think, but sure had to eat crow on this one!
